"The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. "The property had amazing views. The best part was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and other wild life and having chef prepared breakfast :) Some reviews did mention the bugs: you're in nature; it's expected and you get used to it and they do have pest control. No AC, but they provided fans and it was comfortable. Place is MUCH larger than the pictures. Highly recommend hiring James to cook for you!! We had him prepare breakfast daily! He's amazing and it makes getting started...

"NOT as clean as it should have been. I think the owner and I have different standards of what clean is. Beautiful location but it didn’t have as much privacy for being so far away from everything. "Beautiful property. We were there during a heat wave. The only AC is the attic room with 1 twin and 2 futon beds. It is a duplex, but it is huge. The garage is communal, but you have your own washer and dryer."
