Home is steps from the beach, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a gated community with a common pool. Walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants, bars and the town plaza. We provide bath and beach towels. The home has high speed internet which will allow you to work remotely. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome - 5 people max.

Casa cómoda y localización céntrica
La casa es estupenda. Los muebles en la sala-comedor son cómodos, la cocina está bien equipada, la sala de televisión es cómoda, los cuartos son grandes y las camas cómodas. Las habitaciones y la cocina-sala-comedor-sala-de-televisión tiene aire acondicionado. Hay una planta eléctrica. La casa está ubicada idealmente: hay restaurantes bien cercas y se puede llegar a la plaza y playas rápidamente.

Cute & comfortable rental in Rincon!
Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 young children) had a wonderful stay here. Juan was very responsive and answered questions/made suggestions prior to our arrival. The property is cute, cozy & comfortable. The location is perfect - you can walk across the street to the beach or to the Shipwreck for really good food. It is in a gated community that has a pool which the kids loved. The patio area is so nice and has a view of the ocean. Our only friendly suggestion was to add some additional and newer bath towels. Thank you Juan for helping us have such a wonderful family vacation in Rincon!

On the beach/safe/clean/chill vibe
Excellent host and property. This was our first time staying in Puerto Rico. We enjoyed the unit itself and were surprised how close it was to the beach. There are no buildings or paved roads between the back patio and beach. There is a small bar between the unit and beach that frequently had live music playing but did not take away from the view since there is a tree line at the beach. This area provides a very relaxed environment to unwind. The home could use an extra blanket for those who need more than a thin quilt. Also the towels are small and thin. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Even better then the pictures
Stayed here for a family vacation and was better then the pictures. Great amount of space, and I was obsessed with the lower balcony/deck space. Could open the door to make it a true indoor/outdoor living area. Rooms were spacious and each room (minus one) had views to Marina Beach (not direct views, but just a few hundred feet- I still loved it). Love the little neighborhood- my kids are safe in the community and out. My teenager walked into town alone and went to Marina Beach all by herself. Shipwreck restaurant is a 1 min walk - great food and great energy. All the great beaches are just min away .....will be back!!

Great stay in Rincon!
Without a doubt this was one of our favorite VRBO stays ever. Juan's condo is wonderful, clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, 3 nice bedrooms and a gorgeous deck looking out on the beach. There is so much to do in Rincon that we could easily have stayed another week! Less than 100m to a beautiful but not too crowded swimming beach (bonus is a nice open air bar and access to paddle board lessons), dive shop, and 3 great restaurants. We also enjoyed morning snorkels at a separate beach / reef (Steps Beach) just 1 km away and great boarding / surfing at another beach by the lighthouse 2 km farther up the road. For another unique experience we visited Gozalandia Falls - about an hour drive inland where you hike into two beautiful waterfalls with swimming holes - even better than our day in El Yunque. We all agreed we hope to come back!

Great weekend getaway in Rincon.
Very nice villa in the center of Rincon. The property was as described and very conformable for 5 people. the back balcony has a view of the water and there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The only thing that we miss were towels in the bedrooms. There were plenty of beach towels. Over all highly recommended. Thanks Juan!

Fantastic Family Getaway
Wonderful property, kitchen had everything we needed (breakfast, lunch and dinner also available across the street). Three comfortable bedrooms and the first floor patio was fabulous. Nice to have the pool even though we could walk to beach/snorkeling. Definitely hope to return again!

Wonderful place to stay for vacation in Rincón
I stayed at the house with my family for 3 nights. The house has a great location, close to the center of Rincón by car. The house is modern, very clean, well furnished and equipped. The kitchen is very spacious. The TV room and the first floor are very comfortable and great for hanging out. We loved the deck which had comfortable outdoor furniture and a view of the sea; we spent most of our time at the house there. The house is located in a gated community and we spent a lot of time having fun at the communal pool that’s practically across the street. A few steps away is a beach and local businesses we visited like a restaurant, a coffee shop and a place that makes smoothies and Acai bowls. Thursday night, we went down to the town plaza to partake of the weekly artisan festival. We had a blast. Rincón has a wide variety of restaurants and the ones we went to were all great. Overall, the house was wonderful and we had a great vacation.

Great location for the beach and snorkeling!
The property was great and the big deck is wonderful - we ate all our meals out there. And Juan is a very responsive host. The snorkeling right from the beach is amazing and the beach is gorgeous. It’s just a short walk to get to the beach. And we discovered that a gluten free restaurant is opening soon right across the street, so we’ll definitely be back. We really enjoyed our stay in Rincon and wish we’d stayed longer.

Wonderful Location, Wonderful Host
The property is beautiful and is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the ocean as well as a couple of restaurants, so location wise it couldn't be more perfect. However, what I was the most impressed about was Juan's hospitality as a host. Although we never met face to face, he always made sure that me and my group felt welcomed and made himself available in case we ever needed anything. Overall, the stay was great and will definitely be back in the future if possible. Thanks Juan!

Perfect location

Great place
We spent 4 nights and days at Juan’s breezy condo and nearby beach. Very comfortable and convenient to nearby restaurants/bars and coffee shop. Safe and secure. Private parking. Highly recommend if you’re trying to avoid large crowds. (Just check the calendar for holidays.)

Nice with a few issues
Great location adjacent to beach with short walk. Very clean property with good beds. The showers had a major issue with temp and pressure that hopefully will be fixed after I messaged the owner. The coffee maker didn’t work well and hopefully will be replaced.

Perfect location!
This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach at the Marina, which was the perfect swimming spot for my 2 little kids. El Ancla sits right in front of the beach and is great for lunch and cocktails, Two of our favorite restaurants, Shipwreck and La Copa Llena, are also a two minute walk. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Both the property and its owner Mr. Juan V are wonderful. The location could NOT BE BETTER. Just steps from a beautiful beach for snorkeling and swimming. Fantastic Stay in Rincon
What a lovely vacation in a beautiful home. The check-in was seamless, the property squeaky clean, the description was 100% accurate. Communication with Juan was so easy; he was super responsive ahead of our trip, left lots of tips about the town and beaches, and just a pleasure to interact with. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are fortunate enough to visit Rincon!
