Make the most of the large community pool that is inside the gated community where this charming fully equipped apartment is located, as it also has free WIFI and Smart TV.
The promenade is perfect for sports activities thanks to its more than 20 kilometer length.
Your furry family can also enjoy thanks to the magnificent beach for dogs that is right next to La Cala del Moral, where you can go for a walk.
15 minutes from Calle Larios by bus.

The apartment is a fully equipped studio for 4 people. In the main room there is a double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable 135cm bed for two other people. This room enjoys hot/cold air conditioning. You will not stop watching your series of the moment thanks to the Smart TV that we put at your disposal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and refrigerator, it also has a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and all the necessary utensils for cooking and of course eating.
The bathroom is very comfortable thanks to the fact that it has a walk-in shower.

The urbanization is completely closed, surrounded by very well-kept lawns and has a swimming pool that is open in summer.

The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and in the surroundings you can find many restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as a gas station and ice cream parlors.

CHECK-OUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entrance hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready, we notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
