"Was a nice and simple place to stay. Very quiet and out in the woods. Caretaker was nice. "

"We spent 2 nights at the cabin & loved it! Very private and great views. I was hesitant about the bedroom in the loft and both of us over 60 but no problems. I would highly recommend the cabin"

"Fr the moment we entered it felt at home, had everything we needed and more and even had coffee and popcorn for us! My only complaint would be that the walls are a bit thin and you could hear voices and other noises coming from units under or beside. Although the noise was a normal amount it still was noticeable. I would still stay here again though, because everything else was perfect!"

"Great 4 bedroom house setup perfect for fishing basecamp. Big open living room, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, washer & dryer, big freezer in the garage which was great for getting fishing gear on and off! Nice welcome package of wine and smores! Great communication with Rosee. Highly recommend and will be back!"

"We had a great time at Ronica's riverfront rental. She was very helpful and her communication was great. The rental is directly on the Kenai and was perfect for salmon fishing and the processing of our catch. No surprises and it had everything we needed for our group of 8 adults. Would highly recommend."

"Stayed one night and everything was great. It's on the smaller side but for a family of five it's still way better than squeezing into a hotel room. The neighborhood seemed pleasant enough with the hospital around the corner and a grocery store down the road. I would gladly stay again if needed. "

"Everything was great real slow fishing this year just missed the runs. Try next year."

"This was the perfect property for our family that included 6 adults and one child. It is just as described. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. The location is fabulous on the river and a good driving distance for day trips to Homer and Seward. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Soldotna. "

"After spending time at a “cabin” near the Kenai river where the description was misleading at best, this felt 5 star. Clean, spacious and fully equipped. I love that the firewood was bountiful and the home had all major appliances. The beds were super comfortable and it was a treat to have a nice bathroom. The shower was like those you get in a fancy 5 star resort. I will book this again!"

"The listing was exactly as advertised and in a nice little neighborhood right in the heart Kenai several blocks from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook and feed a family during our two weeks stay. The bathroom had plenty of linens and all the condiments you would ever need including some you may have forgot at home. The very first night we stayed we had a moose visitation at the front door and on the second night the most spectacular northern...

"We are Alaskans who were doing a short staycay. This was the perfect place for our needs. We so enjoyed the wood stove and the ambiance it brings. The home was very clean and well-equipped. The master bed was very comfortable. Erin, the host, was very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to Kenai."
