There was a maintenance issues we discovered upon arrival, and property management sent someone over right away to fix the issue. We did not encounter any other issues during our stay. We had a really nice time. "

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was just like the photos and the descriptions. We loved the views of the oceans from the balcony. And the very short walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable - we all got great rest. The home was so beautifully decorated and very clean. We had lots of laughs together and enjoyed our time. Thank you!"

"We stay at Pointe West frequently and this condo is definitely at the top of our list. It was clean, well appointed, and the beach view is amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again. "

"This place was perfect! From the cool beach theme decor, the super comfortable bed to the location. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. When looking for a place to stay I read a lot of complaints about the water smelling like rotten egg but you wont have that issue here. I cant wait to go back! I can't wait to fo back."

The space was perfect for our needs with soooo much room for everyone to hang out - from the spacious dining tables where we played board games, the living space with ample sofa seating for gathering around a puzzle, the theatre room for a more secluded, private experience, the amazing patio space, the balcony on the second floor, and to the gaming nook. It also has direct access to the beach, split off from many of the other beach houses so there's a more...

"We had a great time and the property is beautiful. The only problem was that some of the Pointe West club amenities and restaurant were closed for renovations since it is off season. I just wish I knew before we arrived. "

"We had an amazing 1 week stay at this gorgeous beach house! It was comfortable, spacious, clean and have every little detail already thought of and taken care of. Well stocked with everything you need! Parking right out front, and a boardwalk right at your doorstep to get to the beach. The garden has a fenced in yard for the dogs - which was perfect. The grass is beautifully maintained and no sharp burrs for their paws. Gorgeous deck, plenty of seating. Quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend...

"This house has all the amenities you need for an escape to the outdoors. It also has all the comforts of home. The only thing wrong is no seating downstairs but that is being picky. We Vrbo texas coast all the time but seldom return to the same place. We will be coming back for sure. This is the real deal at an affordable price and in a prime location to hunt and fish"

"This was our 3rd stay! Between our 2nd & 3rd stay the kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded and done beautifully! The house is the perfect size and location is spot on for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the waves come in and beautiful sunsets in the evening.
