"My family and I stayed at 312 Ocean Point for my 50th birthday vacation trip to Maine in October. The weather was absolutely fabulous and the house was the perfect location for day trips up to Camden and Damariscotta. The cottage is decorated so nicely and was very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. My son, age 15, would have spent the entire time up in the loft if there were a TV or game system up there (just an idea). Thank you!"

"Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing."

It was hard to shower because the water kept going in and out. As others have stated, the inside of the house could use some TLC. Some of the decorations are falling apart on the wall. "We had an issue with parking after coming back from a night on the town. Someone had taken the space in front of our door. The vehicle owner said there was a first come first serve parking policy according to the Senator. It was winter with a lot of snow. I didn't want to have to walk around the building.
