"The owners were very responsive and very nice. The place was very clean. It was very easy to gain access to the property. I would say that the 3rd bedroom is more suited for children rather than for adults. The house itself looks like it was recently updated throughout. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were well done. There is a very nice deck off the kitchen/dining room area. There is a little one upstairs. The place is very airy and there is good light throughout."

"The Marina Motel was so lovely! The hosts were very welcoming and answered all of our questions. Very walkable neighborhood and having a garage was the cherry on top! "

"Found our new favorite rental in Stinson since our previous annual rental was sold. The location is perfect. Just park your car and never get in again. Walk right on to the beach, walk to town, sit on the front porch and watch the waves, or relax on the back deck. Spacious kitchen and rooms for a beach cottage. Owner was very responsive and friendly to inquiries. We look forward to staying here again!"

"Lovely place to stay. Cons: TP in master bathroom not flushed. Wet towels still in dryer at check in (Clean towels were available in all bathrooms). Many ants in the area. Tiny and stings a bit. Be careful on the Master bathroom toilet bowl. Constantly on there. If not wiped off prior to using, can get a little sting in the privates (not painful). "My family and I just got back today after four nights at Loren‘s property, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The home itself was very clean with newer furniture, a very well stocked kitchen and terrific sitting spaces both inside and out. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and dishes that you would need, including sharp knives. "Property was perfect and well equipped. So many places to sit enjoy each others company when done exploring for the day. They have thought of everything and you can tell they take pride in the home. Location was close to everything and the neighborhood was great to walk/run through. The pool was refreshing and incredibly clean. You get what you pay for and this property was a prime example! "

"Beautiful home plenty large for family with several adults. The spacious kitchen/dining/living room area was amazing for common area. It opened to the pool area which was clean & easy to open/close cover. Towels were provided in each room which was very nice. Beds were especially comfortable. Plenty of driveway parking for 3 vehicles. The view from the pool was breathtaking! We will definitely rent this house again."

"My 2 adult children and I stayed in the property and it worked out great! There were a couple of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a MUNI bus stop. It is close to the beach and zoo but pretty far from downtown and many attractions they were interested. Still we enjoyed the hot tub and the owner was great to work with."
