"A fantastic property, and a wonderful place to get away from the grind of daily life. The host, Eric; is extremely friendly and was very helpful, not only accommodating our stay, but also provided some wonderful recommendations as to attractions and activites nearby and such. We will absolutely be returning"

"This was our second year at this house and it was once again fantastic. We had one minor issue that was out of Jim’s control, but he solved it the next morning after I reported it to him in a Sunday afternoon. I already have next year booked and can’t wait to return to Lake Eden!"

"Very clean spot. Stayed while visiting my daughter who was dancing at Burklyn at Johnson State. Only one other house was occupied nearby, so it was very tranquil down a long driveway. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and nice dirt road walks. "

"It was our second time there. Quiet and peaceful and secluded just like we wanted. "

"April @ Jay Peak is an awesome escape and this house is perfect for big families."

"The property was well maintained. The only issue is there’s no air conditioning in the bedrooms and if you’re gonna rent this place in the summer when it’s hot, it may be a little stuffy."

"The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future! "

"We have stayed at a different ski house every weekend since the beginning of january and this was by far our favorite. The home is clearly a home that is loved by its owners, it is well cared for and well appointed. The location is perfect (10 minutes from jay and walking distance to dining and shopping). The river is right out the back door, with a little lawn and great outside living space. The home was comfortable for us, but we could have invited another family to stay with us! There are 4...

"This is a small cabin, primarily intended for hikers in the area. As such, it cannot be judged by the usual criteria. It's set in a meadow full of wildflowers and birds. There is only 1 other cabin in sight. It's small. It's primitive. It's lovely. If you want amenities such as running water and heat or AC, It's maybe not for you. If you want to be close to nature, if you want peace and quiet, TAKE IT! You won't be sorry! "

"We take my Dad to Vt every year around Fathers day for a fishing trip.....this location was one of our favorites. Huge house, all the amenities, couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended "

"Great place for friends to stay. Very quiet. But just make sure to communicate with property before arriving. We book a third party it got confusing. But call agent very prompt and accommodating. Will go back again"

"We rented Paige’s cottage as our home away from home while in town for a basketball tournament; the house had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not to mention, Paige was super responsive and accommodating. We would come back in a heartbeat!"

"We loved that we could walk down to the river and watch the sunset. The new houses look like they're going to be beautiful! The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of traveling! It was a great experience we will definitely return!"

"Wonderful property for a couples getaway or a friends trip to Jay Peak. The house was clean, spacious, and featured lots of unique amenities. We loved the loft beds, Game Room Basement, Fire Pits, wrap around porch, and the grill! We will surely be back. It was an added bonus that our beloved family pet was able to join us for the trip. Haleigh and Andrew were wonderful hosts that were easy to communicate with. "
