"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. "The property is very lovely and family friendly. We highly recommend it for families like ours, with young children and a dog. You cannot beat the views, peaceful sound of the lake, and quiet location. Just a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame. It was perfect. "Our visit was to attend the Cooperstown baseball event to see our grandson participate. And that was about a 20 minute drive from this VRBO. However, the area was so beautiful, we enjoyed every minute of the drive. The VRBO was very well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable.
