A beautiful loft bungalow in Rheezerveen, Zwolle area, was completely renovated in Wabi-sabi Style. This bungalow in Rheezerveen is located in the National forest and offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The bungalow and the guesthouse are equipped with every luxury. And sitting outside you have a relaxing view. Highly recommended if you want to get out and relax. This is possible here in the Wabi sabi bungalow between the chirping birds, rustling squirrels and surrounded by trees. After a lovely walk in the woods, roast marshmallows over the campfire and / or in the garden in the private Finnish sauna or in the hot tub. Suitable for lovers of nature and wellness. The package can only be booked for the entire group.

The space
Guest access Detached house with private garden, private Finish sauna and hot tub. The sauna and hot tub are optional when booking for €60 per day. Are you coming with more than 4 people? Then for each person afterwards €15 p.d.. The package includes bathrobes adult, sauna towels, wood, oil for the sauna and 1200 liters of water. The package can only be booked for the entire group. Wellness for only one day is not possible on the day of arrival, but it is available the day before check-out.

Campfire Wood for campfires is not included. For this you can buy wood - of course you can also bring your own wood. Gathering in the forest is not allowed from the forester.

The bedrooms can be booked as a single bed or as a double bed. The Japanese guesthouse (4rd bedroom) is include In the booking from 7 paying guests. Equipped with:a cornersofa with matras, size sleepingspace 2x 200x80cm, ceiling fan, electricity, heating, wifi and a folding desk with chair. With a view of the garden and one can directly reach the sauna and hot tub.
Classification
The living room is located at the back of the house and has one large sliding door from which there is a direct view of the beautiful Scandinavian garden and the tranquility of the forest with the hot tub in front of the door. The fireplace or the fire pit outside can be lit which also gives a cozy and romantic addition.
From the living room there is direct connection to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The other two bedrooms are upstairs.
There are two parking spaces at the house, one of which can be used to charge your electric car. Charging point for an electric car has service costs for charging.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A CHARGING POLE.
There is free use of Wi-Fi and nine city bikes are ready. NOTE they are city bikes, they are not suitable for long distances
There is a high chair available. A cot can be rented for €15 per stay. This includes bed linen and an mattress.

Other things to note to ensure that your stay at ZEN Bungalow is enjoyable and safe, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:- Attention is paid to whether the number of guests corresponds to the booking.
- We would like to emphasize that it is a wellness house, which means No parties, no loud music.
- Youth groups and student groups are not allowed.
- No parties. This property does not accept stag and hen parties and similar events.
- The bungalow can be booked from the age of 21.
- Any form of smoking is not allowed in the bungalow.
- No problem outside, just use the ashtray and don't leave any cigarette butts behind.
- Great to listen to music, but think about the neighbors. Between 22:00 and 10:00 a.m. it should be quiet outside.
- Pets are not allowed acccept after request in bungalow NO2.
- After request Assistance dogs are welcome, but there are one-time extras Cleaning fee of €50 per animal.
- Gourmet, fondue, deep-frying, airfryer and BBQ's are not allowed. We understand that you might want to BBQ but unfortunately that is not possible. To avoid being in the baking smell of the previous tenants or the neighbors in we have chosen not to allow this to happen.
- Do not damage the house, inventory and associated items with your deposit at stake, which after checking our Interior caretaker will be refunded if the house has no defects.
- There is a maximum number of places for 2 babies in this bungalow.
-The bungalow price is based on an occupancy of 2 people. After 2 people, there will be an additional fee.
-After reservation we will ask you to complete information to prepare the bungalow for arrival. Such as whether you want a 1-person bed or a 2-person bed made, et cetera, and we ask the main guest to identify himself to us though the link sent. We highly recommend that you also fill in the information about the other guests, as they will also receive the electronic keys and (direction) instructions. You won't have to rely on one phone for access and instructions.
