"Cabin was nice. Nothing to brag about but we were not expecting anything fancy. The reason for 4 stars is that the furnace was not working and it got cold. I’d noticed in a previous review that they kept the house cold- 65- and the host would not turn it up for a previous guest. However the furnace would not stay on for longer the 15 minutes. "What a great stay!!!! Secluded, beautiful sunrises with the wife in the sunroom with a deck that wrapped around. Loved sitting around the fire pit, visiting with kids and grandkids we came to see. Just the right size and very cozy for 2. We definitely are next trip."

"The property fit our needs as we were busy with family and friends most of the time. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom with the tub fell of the first day. I placed it on the counter in that bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub could use some scrubbing bubbles cleanser to get it cleaned properly. It works good on mine anyway. It would have been handy to have a spatula too. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations. And we loved the easy access of the keyless system. Thanks"

"We were a group of Fishermen that were fishing BFL Regionals on the Mississippi. Driveway was a little tight to back a boat in being on a busier street, but is manageable. House was clean and very comfortable, and the host was very responsive and accommodating when we asked for a grill he made sure one was on site by time of arrival. Would definitely stay there again."

House was clean, food left in refrigerator from previous guest. Slight musty smell but that could have been from the severe flooding.
