St. Anthony dune trip
House was very clean, had everything we needed. Very close to the dunes park entrance. Beds were comfortable and all appliances worked great. Can’t wait to go back again.

dune trip
clean and close to dunes. a short 1/4 mile ditch ride and your there. awesome. however you do need to bring your own everything. they provided bath towels, laundry and dish soap but very few pots, pans utensils, etc. yes I would recommend this place to a friend and yes I'm going to book it again!

Great property & location. Close to the dunes. Nice Updated interior. We were playing at the dunes for the weekend so it was great for great for what we needed.

Mouse problem
This place would’ve been fine but the master bath smelled so bad of urine that we thought that there was an animal living underneath the house. Within a day i thought there was a stranger in the house when I had a mouse scratching at my bedroom door and saw the mouse run into the bathroom. I slept terrible worrying about more rodents. I knew where the urine smell was coming from, the mouse was living in the wall of the bathroom. It was also frustrating when we arrived there was only a half a roll of toilet paper for three adults. we will not be staying her again.

Great Stay!
Absolutely the closest you can get to the sand dunes with a house rental! You can see the dunes from the home and watch the night rides. House was clean, recently remodeled. Comfy. Plenty of parking areas for trucks and trailers. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Great!
Great stay! Great location. Only complaint we had was the air would resent we think nightly. Every day we had to set it or it would get very hot in the house. We woke up every morning to a hot house.

Convenient to Dunes
Overall our stay was great. We really appreciated the location close to the dunes, and being able to stage at the property. The house is very basic which was fine for us. The couches are new and comfortable, as well as the mattresses. Some cleaning issues were overlooked, but we found it generally acceptable. Communication was excellent.

Clean, close to dunes, close to town, quite, short drive to Mesa falls. It was a home away from home. Very relaxing after driving 2000 miles to see dunes.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED, Will definitely try to get it next time we com for sure
Only thing was all the dead flies in the kitchen, rec screens for the windows, we left a new toaster for others to use. Would totally go back, hopefully next year

Great Location!
If you're looking to ride the dunes, this house is in an ideal location! The yard could definitely use some TLC, and it would be awesome if there was a small patio or place to sit outside, but aside from that, the inside of the house has been remodeled and was very nice. Comfortable couches and beds, and updated appliances made our stay relaxing when we weren't out riding. We will definitely be back!

Nice Getaway!
This place was great to stay at while I was headed back to school. My friend and I needed a place to stay before I moved into my apartment and this place provided a nice getaway from the busyness of Rexburg.

Lovely Rural Property
We were bringing a child up to college and our reservation in Rexburg got canceled. We were thrilled to find this property. It was out of town, but very manageable and a lovely drive. The owners were communicative and checking in/out was easy. We’re already thinking of coming out again and staying there to play at the sand dunes next summer.

Perfect for the dunes!
This property was close and convenient for the dunes and visiting Mesa Falls. Perfect for a family or group of friends. Plenty of things to see and do nearby. Host was very responsive.

Would Stay here again
We were a little confused with checking in (no door code or hidden key instructions) but we shortly figured out the door was already unlocked for us lol. No AC, (there was a unit but we couldn’t figure it out) wasn’t a big enough issue to reach out to host though, and come to find out it’s not uncommon for Idaho residents to not have AC haha. House was obviously old but updated and very clean, very very cute place owners did a great job! Wish there would have been an outside BBQ, or somewhere to sit and hangout and enjoy the beautiful scenery but wasn’t a deal breaker because we spent most of our time at the dunes that were literally just down the street anyway! Beds were comfy, we slept great! Checkout itinerary was extremely easy! The location couldn’t have been any closer to the sand dunes which was amazing! There was also an elk farm just down the road that was fun to see! Overall we would definitely return!

Good for isolation
The place was nice, but the property is very isolated from everything. Overall pretty good, I just wish the windows at the properties had screens for a greater piece of mind.
