"Perfect stay for one night in a cabin overlooking a fast moving stream. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. Only one small nit: the lights in the living room were so dim, it was hard to read or see. Other than that, we recommend this house for a rural getaway!"

"We had a wonderful time at Jen & John’s cottage! It was so peaceful and relaxing and they are wonderful hosts. "I've gotten used to bracing myself for the listing of vacation rentals falling short to what they are like in real person. But this place was fantastic. Clean, everything was nice, the pictures did not do it justice, gorgeous views, everything in working order, great communication from the host. Coffee bar was an especially nice touch! ;) Can't wait to be back. 5 stars!!"

"This is a fantastic little property that is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. I can appreciate small town living, being away in the country, and this little place lifts you up and takes you away to relaxation land. "The home was a wonderful place to rest after a cold day of hiking. It was immaculate and cozy! The kitchen had everything you could need and more. We had a small issue with the check in but Anna responded immediately and even drove over to make sure that everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we are an all women’s hiking group, so spent our days exploring the region, but while we were on property we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. In the cold of winter the fireplace really took the chill off! The train that occasionally came by was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again. "
