Layout


Designed to accommodate people who are looking for demanding holidays and high quality, Villa Amnalys covers 520 sq.m. and spreads across three levels, all located above ground, comfortably accommodating 18 people in its 9 bedrooms and up to 20 people if needed. The sizable home its many individual. The whole property is tastefully decorated, with quality furnishings, cosy rugs, beautiful artwork and white surfaces mixed with colourful details.

- Main House -


The majority of the day is spent on the middle level, where the main living, dining, and kitchen areas open directly onto a veranda which houses the 25 meters long ecological pool. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, dining area and kitchen which are strategically placed to take advantage of the splendid view.


On the right side there is a living room area with a fireplace, a 60" satellite HDTV and hi-end Hi-Fi sound system, as well as an adjacent indoor dining area. The space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors for added light and access to the patio and pool. On the left side guests can find the fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances, island counter and access to the garden with an additional dining table.


A staircase next to the main entrance leads you up to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom with a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also contains a closet room, a small refrigerator, a 30" HDTV, an office space with a printer and an exit to a private veranda with an outdoor shower and gazebo bed where excellent views can be enjoyed.


The staircase also leads you down to the lower floor where you will find a bedroom with a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a private veranda where is also connected to the back garden. A laundry room and a wine cellar are also found on this floor.


- The bungalows -


Aside from the above mentioned two bedrooms, Villa Amnalys also hosts seven bungalows. Five of them are attached to the main building, four of them with a king size bed and one with a king size bed that can be also set up as 2 single beds, all with their own private entrance, ensuite bathroom with a shower and terraces. The sixth bungalow is a separate and independent from the main building with a king size double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The seventh and final bungalow is independent and situated further away from the main building and the other bungalows. It is 15m2 with two windows and offers a king size bed, a toilet and separate shower. This bungalow is ideal for guests staff or teenagers as it is smaller and more isolated than the other bedrooms of Villa Amnalys.


- Outdoor area -


Moreover, one of the most impressive features of Villa Amnalys is its beautifully landscaped outdoor area, filled with trees and fragrant flowers, making guests feel like they are in an earthly paradise, also enjoying beautiful views of the olive groves below your feet and the sea in the distance. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:


- A private, 100 sq. m. infinity ecological swimming pool.


- A shaded pool house with fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities, outdoor sink and a dining table offering views to the pool and the surrounding landscape, the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining.


- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, a hammock, outdoor living room and gazebo), as well as an additional breakfast table for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.


- A table tennis, footbal table and professional petanque court that will be keep kids of all ages busy during the day. The vast lawn covered areas are also great for young children to run around.


- Parking space for many cars inside the Villa premises.


- Fully Staffed -


The villa offers daily staff from 8:00 till 15:00. Our staff will be able to arrange shopping of groceries for you once a day (cost of the groceries is not included). Daily housekeeping service is also provided. All the visits from our stuff members can be flexible and arranged according to your wishes.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

The Villa is located in the picturesque village of Amnatos.

Villa Amnalys offers a full privacy with amazing sea view in its luxury settings a little 10-15 minutes drive to several beautiful beaches or to the old town of Rethymno where are the main shops and restaurants.

The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. You can find many grocery shops in Stavromenos village which is 6 km away but also the closest big living areas where you can find a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, nightlife and restaurants are the well known tourist areas of Platanias and Adelianos Kampos which are 10 min drive away.

Next to the villa is Amnatos village, the last village on the way to the historical Monastery of Arkadi. The village is built on a rocky and high location having superb views across the valley of Rethymno. The location enables visitors to explore the archaeological site & new built museum of ancient Eleftherna and caves of Melidoni and Zoniana which are some of the most famous tourist destinations in central Crete. Due to the location of the village and the terrain in the area, there are many beautiful hiking and biking trails as to the nearby village of Kapsaliana where you can find the Museum of Olive.
