"My family joined me for a wonderful trip to Brightstone. We fell in love. Our hosts were phenomenal and so helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they are very helpful. The house contained everything we needed. The photos of the listing are accurate but photos do not do justice to the setting. The beautiful lake is amazing. The hiking trails were fun for the grandkids and we saw wild turkeys and other critters. We are planning a return trip next summer and cannot wait...

Would be nice to have a little grass in back area instead of all mulch. For being on main road it was pretty quiet. Would use this location again if available. "

"This is our third time staying at this property and we already booked a weekend for next year. Heidi's house is great for 3 families, each with their own restroom and bedrooms to accommodate multiple kids. We swam in the lake, and hot tub - walked to the amusement park, it was great! The swing set is really for younger kids - so just keep that in mind, but it didn't matter to us because there was so many other things to do!"

"Rave reviews for this property! My wife & I, along with our teen daughter and 2 of her friends, visited over a long Fall weekend. The house is fantastic - very nicely updated, extremely well appointed with anything we needed (well-stocked kitchen w/ coffee, plenty of linens/towels, comfortable beds & furniture, etc), awesome layout allowing the girls to have a separate living area downstairs to hang out while my wife and I were on the main level w/ our dogs (pet-friendly… huge plus!). "We have gone here a few times and it's always amazing. Before finding this place we rented other cabins in the area and none come close to this one. Our kids have a great time at the private beach and pool. It's cozy and clean. We had a couple questions and the owner got back right away. It's a perfect lake house getaway. We will be back next summer!"

"House was great! We wanted to stay longer! The only issue was the water - some of our group are not used to septic. (I’m a country girl and I had no issue with it though) Lots of space so we could all be separate or together depending on what we were doing. And the only other thing was decks could have been cleaner. Would stay here again."
