The main level of this vacation rental features the formal sitting area and dining space, as well as a bright kitchen with a breakfast nook and barstool seating. Here, guests can make use of the stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker to prepare inspired meals. After a day out at the beach at nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, or Bethany Beach, take a quick power nap in the living area, complete with comfortable furnishings and a smart TV, or catch up on a couple of chapters of your favorite book out on the patio area. This home does not have cable, but it does have smart TVs on each floor. Guests must use their own login credentials.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
