You'll enjoy the regular luxuries of a suite without sacrificing comfort on the king gel infused mattress in the third story loft accessed by a full-size staircase. Plus, you're just over a 1.5 miles to the famous Rehoboth boardwalk!

Inside the kitchen you'll find all the silverware, plates, cocktail and wine glasses you'll need to unwind with. This property includes a refrigerator with matching microwave.
The living room is furnished with a cozy loveseat and a streaming flat-screen tv. The kitchen has a window countertop bar overlooking the yard, and there is a foosball table for your enjoyment downstairs!
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to important things like an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, and more.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
