- Beautiful, spacious 2 bed 2 bath located on the 3rd floor of The Palms in Rehoboth Beach.
- Only 1.7 miles from Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to the Tanger outlets & Outlet Liquors.
- Ideal location with many great restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers all close by.
- Self-check in with keyless entry, 4 digit code will be provided day of check-in before 3:30 pm.
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, bathroom in adjacent hallway.
- Master bedroom with queen size bed along with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom.
- Both bedrooms are equipped with 43 inch flat screen TVs, living room has a 70 inch TV.
- All lamps have built in USB ports.
- All televisions are smart TV's with all your streaming apps available as well as having basic cable so you can watch basic channels/sports/news.
- Linens/towels, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels & Keurig coffee pods all provided!
- Kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials, silverware, glassware, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven with built in air fryer & blender.
- Access to beautiful community pool.

Beach Trip
This is a fantastic place to stay in Rehoboth! The room is clean, beautiful, and in a great location to explore the area. It is listed as it sleeps five, however it was not bed space to sleep 5. We would definitely stay again, but know that if five people come, the fifth would sleep on the couch. The host is also great to communicate with and was always available as needed!

Beautiful Condo/wonderful location
This condo is equipped with every convenience. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. My sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved everything . The pool is perfect for an afternoon swim after visiting the beach and this location is perfect for accessing the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner answered any questions quickly this made for a seamless booking. I would recommend this condo completely.

Excellent getaway!
Greg was an amazing host - the condo was spotless upon arrival, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Greg answered questions in a timely manner and was incredibly accommodating.

Wonderful 4 day stay
This property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family of 4. It had everything we needed for the long weekend. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and loved the convenience to Lewes, Dewey, and Rehoboth beaches. The pool was wonderful after long games at the fields or a day at the beach. The outside screened in porch was relaxing in the evening. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely book again.

Awesome Home in Rehoboth
This was a great stay for our family of four. Very clean, great communication, wonderfully stocked, clean pool, easy access to Rehoboth and area attractions, and comfortable home. Thi’s was a perfect stay for our long weekend. Could t recommend this property more!

Baseball near Rehoboth
This condo was just as described and very clean. Being able to book just one night was a huge plus as we were in town for a baseball tournament and only needed Saturday night. Compared to a hotel, this was a great deal!

Great Location! Great Condo!
Perfect location for a beach getaway. Close to everything. The condo was perfect for us to enjoy quick trips to different beaches on the great weather days and also comfortable place to hunker down and relax on the stormy days. The host was easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.

Comfortable and clean!
Very nice & quiet condo. Perfect location for a wedding weekend. Very nice and clean kitchen. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Only minor complaint is that tissues are not provided and no regular sugar for coffee. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. But would definitely recommend!

quick get away at the beach
Property was nice -the sink in the master bathroom still needs to be fixed but not a gigantic issue. Gregory was very nice and accommodating. The place is close to everything so if you want convenience, and don't mind not seeing the beach, this is it! - the ride to the beach was minutes as was everything else...get ready to walk up three flights of stairs there are no elevators. All in all, really good and I would stay there again.

Condo is decent. The washer was not working during our stay and the master bathroom sink had slow drainage. Location is good, but getting in and out of the main entrance from Coastal Highway can be difficult with traffic.

Overall it’s okay
The condo fit the description but there were some things that could of made for a better stay. There was only one small trash can with no replacement bags. The kitchen had items but only one set of dishes. The place was also covered in sand and needed to be vacuumed and swept as soon as we arrived. Overall it was fine but not the best place or accommodations.

Not exactly what was expected
We have mixed feelings about this property. The owner was great at communicating a possible delay, which ended up not being needed. At first look the space was nicely updated, however, after settling in, it was very noticeable that the update was a quick flip job. The flooring does not run under appliances, things are pieced together, the backsplash has packing tape on it, toilet seat was too large for the toilet, etc. The place was also not thoroughly cleaned- seemed like a quick clean rather than a deep clean. My children found cigarette butts behind the patio furniture. There were numerous light bulbs out. The bathroom sink did not drain quickly. Keurig had leftover used coffee pod still in it along with crumbs in the toaster. The vacuum did not work to clean up sand and grit on the floor. There were no mattress protectors/pads/covers on the actual mattresses. The sheet was placed directly on themattress. My family is tall so this was specific to my family, everything seemed very small. Toilets close to the ground, had to duck to get into the shower, beds were close to the ground. We stayed at The Palms before but in another space so we knew what the location was like. It is about 10 min drive to the beach. There is a nice pool on property that my kids love. Overall, the propery was OK depending on your criteria. We do not plan on returning. Cleanliness comes above all. We did not reach out to the owner to request any remediation as we felt it was what it was.

Great mini-getaway
My wife and I visited in early June and found Greg, the owner to be incredibly helpful and responsive in all his communication. The location is very convenient to all the beach/tourist destinations and is very quiet. While it was a little too chilly to utilize the pool, it is a great asset.

Great for a short stay
The location is ok. Keep in mind it’s on the main - and what seems like the only road - in and out of town so there’s always traffic.The beach is not far but it can take 15 mins both ways depending on traffic. The property is also adjacent to a mobile homes lot. The apartment itself is spacious, perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) or a couple and two single adults. The place was not that clean. The floors were very dirty. Our socks were black within 30 minutes of being there which means the floors never got cleaned. The feeling of walking on a dirty floor for 4 days wasn’t great. We used the vacuum that was there but it didn’t help much as the vacuum wasn’t great and the floors certainly needed to be washed in addition to vacuumed. Also - and the most unacceptable part is that one of the toilets was filthy - at first we thought it was stained but after some minimal scrub it all came out, which means the toilet had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. Everything else was cleaned, the sheets and towels smelled like they had been washed so I have mixed feelings about the cleanliness of the place. I messaged Greg about this but as far as I can tell, I never got a response. Lastly, if you need the room to be dark to be able to sleep, the master suite won’t do it. There are white sheer curtains and at 5:00 AM you’ll be awake by the light coming in. We used towels to help with this. Overall, I’d recommend this place if they improve these issues.
