Incredible 6 Bedrooms (including 2 master bedroom suites), 4 Full Bathroom and 1 Half Bathrooms Twin House * Sleeps up to 13 comfortably in beds.
There are no bunk beds, sleep sofas, futons or day beds in this home.

This is A Special Place to spend a vacation! The 6BR at Coastal Club has 6 BR, 2 MBR suites, 3 full baths and 2 half baths and sleeps upto 13 and has  close to 4,500 square feet of living space.

The gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, disposal, through-the-door ice maker and water,  natural gas stove and oven.  Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use.

Oversized Screened in Porch looks out over your back yard.

Finished basement entertainment room with incredible 85" HDTV.

HUGE TVS:
There is a new HUGE 85" HDTVs in the entertainment room, 2 - 65" TVs  (one in the upstairs and main floor family rooms and 49" TVs in Most of the Bedrooms w XFinity cable TV and wifi internet service and WIFI throughout the home (Comcast's version of FIOS). The home features 10 foot ceilings and a spacious open and airy floor-plan.

Coastal Club Amenities:
The amenities include multiple pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains AND an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up pool bar, clubhouse and a wonderful indoor pool with lap lanes and a relaxing hot tub and more!!

You will also love strolling along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails.

6 Bedrooms featuring 2 master bedroom suites, each with new King  Beds and Premium Mattresses. One Master bedroom is located on the main floor and the other is located on the top floor of this spectacular home. Four additional bedrooms including 2 with Queen Beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed and another bedroom which has 2 twin beds. 

Extra Large HDTVs including 1 in the family room and downstairs in the Entertainment Room.

Street Parking

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.  

Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress pads are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvas bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you have completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.       

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link.  The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities.  Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best shopping. Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach.  Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Gorgeous well stocked house in lovely setting
The house was amazing. Lots of room for everyone. Four living spaces including a giant basement, living room, sunroom and second floor living room. The bedrooms are great and the descriptions are good. One bedroom on the first floor is separate from the master suite; the second floor has three rooms nearby and a bathroom, the master suite (2nd master) on the other side of the (upstairs) living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with staples like soap and sponges and paper goods (not plates). Corelle dishes and plastic dishes for outside. Large pantry. Two kinds of coffee pots (pods and regular) Bbq grill. Games and puzzles Small outdoor green space We did the linen package. Nice to not have to bring stuff but I’m not sure we would rent linens again. The house could use more blankets A word or two about Coastal Club- it’s gorgeous! Flowers and trees. Just perfect. The pool area is fantastic, although the indoor pool got a bit crowded when it rained (pool passes are extra $). The poolside bar and restaurant is only open Thursday thru Sunday no guests allowed on Saturday before check in Rehobeth beach is a great family friendly vacation spot. We actually drove to the beach and boardwalk and were able to park there. We had a mini issue with a circuit breaker and it was attended to very quickly. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful Oh- free coffee tea and hot chocolate in the clubhouse whenever it’s open and they had a library there and a kids playroom. 10/10

While the interior of the home was nice, the property was located in a neighborhood of retirement homes and the community club was too small. Renters were not able to use the facilities on Saturday and as people of color, we did not feel welcome.

We had a great time staying at this property! It was very spacious and stylish! It was perfect for our group of 11! We also loved the location and amenities that this community had to offer! Kids really enjoyed the pool! There are many beaches and stores close by! Steve, the property manager was very nice and great at communicating with us. We would highly recommend!

Awesome house with few problems
Did not have the ability to wash clothes due to the dryer vent being completely clogged. Manager basically did nothing. Wifi in house is horrible. Vacuum is broke in 2 pieces. Dryer vent could not have been cleaned in the 2 years the house has been there.

Great vacation rental for large group
Beautiful clean house with a lot of room and amenities. We were a group of eleven and never felt crowded. Close to beaches and shopping. Very easy rental and check in process and responsive property manager. Would highly recommend and most probably return in the future. Few minor improvements that would have made experience better: - Additional fridge in the garage since house accommodates up to 13 people - Garbage bins in all bathrooms Anyone thinking of renting should not hesitate

Outstanding Trip
I’ve been vacationing in Rehoboth since childhood (40 years). My grandmother had a house in Lewes so I’m very familiar with the area and it’s location to the beach. This year we decided to change our summer trip from OBX to Rehoboth and couldn’t have had a better trip. Friends of ours who also have a home in Lewes stopped by and commented on how luxurious the community was. The clubhouse, extensive pool area, and swim up bar was outstanding. I would note that the bar is only open Thursday - Sunday. From a house standpoint it was obvious the owners put a lot of thought and attention into the home. This house is brand new, I’d be surprised if more than one of two families stayed in the house before us. All new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, tankless water heaters, new grill with natural gas connections, and the list goes on. We had 12 people staying with us and there was more than enough room so people didn’t feel on top of each other. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable with the younger kids riding their scooters around the neighborhood. The only thing I’ll point out is this location in relation to the beach. You are forced to drive down RT 1 to get into Rehoboth and it can take 15-20 min with traffic. That was not a factor for us growing up in the area and being familiar with the drive. I actually prefer the location for how quiet it is when compared to being in the heart of Rehoboth and the boardwalk. When you get home from beach at this location you feel more like being home. You also have the quiet and luxury of a massive clubhouse and pool that you won’t find in other locations. Two big thumbs up and we’ve actually discussed finding a home of our own in this community, it’s that nice.
