Beautiful home steps from waterfront, private beach, pools, pet friendly!

Step away from your life and relax in comfort at this beautiful home! Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails on the open porch. Located near the waterfront at Pot-Nets Bayside, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home allows for large gatherings in the spacious living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 for a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. A great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat; average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Great location
The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

Just OK
The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

Rental team was great!
When a snowstorm threatened our winter break getaway, the rental manager was wonderful in working with me to push our arrival and departure date. She answered my many questions and gave us great flexibility. Thank you for your help. We loved the large main kitchen and living area-definitely a need in a winter getaway. On a map, the location looks central to Rehoboth and Bethany, but in reality, we had to drive up to Rehoboth to drive down to Dewey or Bethany. It was a longer drive than we were looking for, but fine in the winter when we weren't going to the beach every day. The gift card for a dinner was a major plus.

We chose to come to the beach for something completely different for xmas. It was very quiet and relaxing and just what I needed. House very comfortable, roomy and pretty. View of the Bay was gorgeous. Golf cart not working was only snafu.

Great community and house
The house was larger than expected and in excellent condition, probably built in 2018. Ample parking for 4 cars, huge kitchen, huge common area, and four baths. Electric golf cart and BBQ in shed were very helpful. Location is quiet, but just 5 minute walk to restaurant, ice cream hut, small beach etc. Community pool was like new and well-staffed. Lots of walking paths, great place for bicycle rides, safe for kids. Neighborhood is not far from Rehobeth or Dewey beaches. We were four adults and four kids, and everyone loved it.

Wonderful house in our favorite community
My friends and I come to Pot-Nets Bayside a few times a year and this was our first time renting. This house is much bigger than the pictures can even show and it’s just beautiful. Every detail has been thought out. It was impeccably cleaned, super cute beach themed, and had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back.

Much needed R&R
Everything about our vacation and especially our stay at Pot-Nets community was great. The home was perfect and in a great location. The virus made our vacation a little more low key than usual but the community have enough things for us to do, whether swimming at the pool, going to the beach, taking walks on the docks, going to the dog park, riding around in the golf cart or sitting reading a book, we were able to relax.

Winter sunsets!
Awesome property, perfect location, more room than one would ever expect. There were a few minor exceptions but easily overlooked. Bedrooms were more than adequate, however showers although beautiful could have better pressure and hotter water temp. The view was spectacular!
