"Rented this space for friends and family for a get together. Had plenty of rooms and bathrooms and everything felt nice and clean!"

"The pictures are accurate with the property. The main cabin and suite are perfect for the times the family wants to spend inside. But with a boardwalk to a deck over the river and 5 wooded acres to walk around, we chose to hang outside most of our stay. We saw a few white tail and caught a couple trout in the river…released them back so the next visitors can catch too. We had great communication with the owner. The cabin is well stocked with what we needed and check out instructions were simple....

"Wonderful setting, roomy, rustic and beautiful. Hiked trails and caught a lot of trout until they opened spillway due to floods the day before. Loved the garage door feature opeing from inside to outside. Everyone was very happy with this trip!"

"We’ve been coming for Arkansas to visit family for over 20 years. This was probably our favorite place to stay. Loved the deck and river access. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would change is some bunks in one of the bedrooms for kids. Overall very nice and would definitely return. "

"This was a beautiful cabin nestled right next to Mountain Fork Park! We were secluded in a cabin look and feel home. Yet, we were not too far away from things to do in town. Hot tub works well! Laundry machines on site. Shelving, fans, and living room tables had thick accumulations of dust. But we don’t care about those things. Everything else was clean and ready for us to enter and start our vacation. Pruett’s grocery store is beautiful and isn’t far from the house. There were deer and beaver...

This was it! it’s off the beaten path from the commercialization of the town. The setting is stunning. We rented side by side houses. There was plenty of space on the inside and the multiple decks outside. The river access was perfect! The houses were clean. Very nice decor, kitchen was well stocked. The hot...

"Location and house was amazing. Walking distance to downtown, a few minutes from the State Park and a AMAZING game room for all. Great fun and would definitely recommend!!!!"
