"Staff was excellent, efficient and friendly. I was quickly checked in and got to my room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. They are in the midst of renovations (July 2025) but I was not disturbed by noise or mess. They were also very forthcoming about the days and times the window washers would be there and reminded guests to close their curtains. My only complaint, which is not really one, is that the newly renovated rooms have a giant frosted glass 4 x 4 foot window between the shower...
