"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"Sehr schönes Objekt in einem pitoreskem Dorf. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail kunstvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle Küche die alles bietet. Lediglich die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Anfang ging die Heizung nicht, das wurde aber einen Tag später prompt erledigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Ich würde dieses Objerk jederzeit empfehlen"

"We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent. "Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry through to the end of the stay. The house is very homely and rustic with all the amenities you could need. We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. "Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. Es gibt einen grossen Pool mit 4 Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm, jedoch ohne Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit einem...
