"10/10 recommend staying here!!. It’s on the main strip, but still in an area that is not loud. It’s an easy walk to everything. I felt safe and the guard for the building is extremely helpful. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. The view from the Apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the furnishings were nice and very clean. Will definitely visit again! "

"This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe. Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful. "Olon is a quaint fishing village with many excellent restaurants and bars on the Ecuadorian coast between Salinas and Manta. It boasts one of the longest beaches on the coast. Jardines De Olon (Olon Gardens) is in an awesome gated location and the building is not that old. Sarah our apartment owner and Karen the manager made us feel welcome and up to speed with all the services. "We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked when we arrived. The building is secure. Having a washing machine in the unit was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. Questions were answered quickly, and Cynthia was available for recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This was a clean cosy condo unit in a small 6 unit building. Security was excellent, the pool was clean and the other residents were super welcoming. Highlights were the daily barefoot beach walks and the magnificent sunsets. Both the property owner and the property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing home base from which to explore the Ecuadorian coast."

"Property very well maintained with total security. You see some activity on the weekends but during the week days you got the beach pretty much to yourself. Caretaker was quick to response and address minor details. I would definitely come back for another stay."
