"This was a great hotel for our family of 6. Multiple bedrooms that were separate and had their own bathrooms was a huge plus for us. It was a convenient location for shopping, food, and Busch Gardens. We loved the history of the Manor House as well. They had beautiful pools and plenty for the kids to do. We will return and stay again."

"Great family time there!"

"I visited this resort during the off-season for a four-day birthday getaway, and I absolutely loved my experience. The price was excellent—likely due to the time of year—and despite renovations, the area where I stayed was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything about the resort felt convenient, especially the location, which made getting around a breeze. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the TVs weren’t smart TVs, so I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi or access my streaming...

"Our reservation was for 8 adults and a pet. We were told that after we made the booking the policy changed and pets were no longer allowed. That's not right. VRBO, Koala or Wyndham should have made accommodations available for our family and their pet "

"The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. "

"Checkin was lengthy but the resort has so much for everyone to do and was actually clean! It’s rare I feel like a property is clean to my standards. So I was impressed. We’ll certainly be back."

"Plenty to do. But We were disappointed that the playground had been removed. It was one of the reasons we reserved this location."

"I found the unit I rented to be very comfortable and in excellent condition. Infortunately Colonial Williamsburg has really diminished it's commitment to being a "living" museum experience. We were looking forward to a Colonial Christmas but we found little to create the feeling we had been promised by the advertisements."

"We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at Greensprings Resort! We stayed in an updated unit. It was spacious for the six of us! It had 2 nice bedrooms with huge beds, 2 full bathrooms and the pullout couch worked great for our two teens. It was in a bit of a separate area which worked great! There was a little porch off the living room overlooking a pond.The dining area for all 6 of us nicely! The concierge via text was awesome! Thank you for a great stay!!"

"Lovely stop over on our way to family. Beautiful home decorated for the holidays and had all the amenities we needed plus little snacks! We got to the a beautiful sunset off the dock and our twins got their own rooms and bathroom. It would’ve cost more to get two rooms at Williamsburg hotel. So happy we got to stay here! Would love to stay the week during summertime! Beautiful home and location! "

"This property is in a great location for beach access and provided exactly what I needed for a holiday link up with my adult children. The homeowners were exceptional in their customer service, providing an introduction and being prompt and courteous to any questions. As a first time renter, this was appreciated."

"Excellent property for our trip with pets. We have tried staying in traditional hotel rooms but our dogs hear every little sound and they bark. I had not considered a cabin before. So glad it popped up as a suggestion on Expedia! I can highly recommend this campground and their cabins. The 2 bedroom cabin that we rented was perfect for my husband, me and our college student plus our dogs. The cabin was nicely furnished and very clean. (Please note that you do have to bring your own linens....

Perto do Busch Gardens. Local tranquilo.

"Ficamos nesse hotel por causa do Busch Gardens. O parque é ótimo, mas não recomendo no frio. O hotel é bem próximo e fica numa região tranquila e muito bonita. A cama estava muito confortável. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento ótimo. Infelizmente não me lembro do nome do rapaz que nos atendeu. Mas ele foi muito prestativo."

"Hotel muito bom. Gostei muito. Boa internet, limpeza e ótimo café da manhã. Quarto muito confortável e ótimo banheiro. Localização muito boa também: perto da Colonial Williamsburg e perto de vários restaurantes. "
