"We loved this property. From the soft, cozy beds to the peaceful view out back, it was the perfect retreat after long days of hiking and exploring. Though the space is small, it’s thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home. "My family has a beach house in Waldport and several family members were coming down for Memorial day. We needed extra room so we rented the Mermaids Lair. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all the mermaids.The neighborhood was amazing so quiet and so close to the beach. It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this house for families and froends."

"Cute little place, clean, pretty view, kinda close to the hwy so there’s some road noise, clean hot tub that worked and stayed warm while using. Only complaint was there’s less than 10mins of hot water for showers and the shower door magnet didn’t latch so water got all over the floor and toilet. Other than that the place was great! Would stay at it again! "

"Our family needed an unplugged getaway and Yachats was perfect. The house was more than we needed, but also perfect. We parked the day we arrived and had no need to drive until our departure. If you are looking for an immaculately clean house, this place is not for you. There are lots of beautiful beams and high ceilings, so lots of opportunities for spiders and cobwebs. Our family is okay with this, but not everyone is. We loved our stay"
