"Strong communication throughout with the hosts so there were no surprises. The location is amazing right across from the beach with a great view of sunset. Lots of little amenities within the house showing the amount of thought and care put in for guests to maximize stay. The place is very spacious as we had 9 in beds (6 adults; 3 toddlers), and one in a pack and play, and we all had plenty of space. Highly recommend for those going to Carlsbad."

"Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again."
