"We had a great stay at the Mountain Lodge! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 4 and all of our gear. The location cannot be beat!! The play area is right outside the door but even on one of the busiest weekends of the year the noise was not an issue at all. When we needed extra toilet paper and trash bags the friendly staff at the front desk was very helpful. Lots of hooks and space to store/hang your gear. You can also rent ski locker right by the exit for 15/day which was a nice...

Unfortunately, it was louder in the apt than anticipated bc of the design of the building. The apt was smaller than anticipated. I know the square footage is listed but the pictures are lovely and make it seem larger than this. The sheets were stained upon arrival but the hosts changed them immediately. Overall good stay "

"Clean property with undated bathrooms. Kitchen could be updated as well, but overall a spacious place to stay while at Snowshoe. One other side is no central heat and air, so you have to heat with baseboard heating and it’s sorta tough to set it to a certain temperature. "

Comfy bed and there is a pull out sofa if you need the extra sleeping space.The unit was clean and was well supplied with paper starters, and kitchen necessities.The host was very easy to contact and replied within 24 hours.The only disappointment was having to pay a 15 daily fee if you want a ski locker downstairs. That is a mountain lodge policy, and NOT policy of the owner."

"Property is excellent. Check-in was a little messy. Definitely not at 5pm, expect an hour to 2 hours delay. Other than waiting in the lobby with 50 other guests for two hours, Snowshoe is a great place to ski. "
