"Booked a Superior 1 Bed King Room for just over a week. Enjoyed it very much. Great staff. Bed was comfortable. Showerhead was plenty high enough, but water pressure was low. Poor lighting around the bathroom mirror, behind a translucent mirror edge, looks dramatic but doesn't work well when trying to shave or apply makeup. Room was quiet. WiFi was slow. Normal fridge - no risk of accidentally freezing lettuce and such. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but was good. ...

"The property is located on a one-way road with poor signage. It was extremely difficult for us to find it in the dark and when we arrived at about 9 PM the office was closed. We had to call the who then alerted the on-site manager that we were there to rent a room. When we finally got a room it had not been cleaned from the night before. The manager did upgrade us to the Executive Suite which looked much like the regular room we entered earlier."

"We stayed for the Richmond marathon and it located between the start and finish line. There are multiple dining options and the garage parking was easy. The staff was nice and coffee was available throughout the day."

O atendimento foi cordial de todos os funcionários, o café da manha excelente, muito completo com ovos, sucos, hambúrguer, frutas, pães, cereais, iogurtes, etc. o melhor hotel que fiquei nessa viagem."
