"My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely vrbo in Franklin while we were in town for a weekend with singer/songwriter Matthew West. The home was within walking distance to the Factory where we met several times. We were also there for the tree lifting which was amazing!! Susan was such a wonderful host she came over when we arrived to show us around the house and was so friendly! 10/10!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverside Retreat! Beautiful open great room/kitchen with master bedroom on one side and two additional bedrooms on opposite side. Wonderful welcome basket for people and pups! Spent a lot of time in the hot tub enjoying the scenic river views. You get a home in the country but close enough to quaint shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"
