"Hotel is great. Very calm and comfortable. Room is large and bathroom with good shower. Staff is friendly, but one of employee was not well prepared for the job. As my wife doesn’t speak English so well, she got some communication problem and this guy just said: “ If you not able to talk my idiom, don’t come to my country”. Despite I haven’t liked it, I could return for this hotel"

"Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room we were in was renovated not long ago and was really nice and spacious. The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby but if I want a hot tea at 10 pm, I don't want to go to the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is the best I've ever had. There is such a large assortment of food which you don't get at any other hotel. The hotel is located around so many shops and restaurants and...

"Excelente hotel.com excelente atendimento, bom café da manhã. Achei muito interessante a forma como hotel se posiciona em relação a contratações de pessoas com mais idade, algo muito bacana e bonito de ser copiado. Voltando a Lancaster, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente."

"We stayed here while we were visiting Hershey park. It is out of the business and a great location. There were fun activity’s for the kids and they gave the kids free ice cream at the restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying by Hershey. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious. "
