"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "

"Great location! Right next to a park and close to the city center. The room was small but fine. The shower was excellent. However, the downside is that the hotel has no reception. There is no human contact. I mention this because I arrived in Boston at 8 a.m., and check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. I went to the hotel after leaving the airport to see if I could at least leave my bags while waiting for check-in time. "Localização realmente excelente, banheiros e cozinhas limpas, aparentemente seguro. Mas é um hostel, e as fotos não correspondem à hospedagem. Ou seja, para uma viagem curta a dois é um bom local, para viajantes a negócios que precisam de espaço para trabalho, não é a melhor opção (meu caso, tive que usar algumas opões de cafés super-lotadas ao redor)."

"My flight arrived 4 hours earlier than planned, so I got to the hotel before the check-in time. One staff member noticed I was struggling and kindly offered to help. She checked if a room was available and let me check in an hour early. The service was excellent, the neighborhood was safe, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Minha estadia foi incrível, me senti em casa. O local é limpo e aconchegante, nos fazendo ficar a vontade. Não é um hotel tradicional, mas isso foi positivo; apesar de não ter recepção, o atendimento online é rápido e eficiente. O Lobby do hotel é organizado e possui itens extras (café, chá, sabonete, etc) caso falte algo em seu quarto. A localização é ótima e o bairro é lindo. O banheiro é limpo, claro, arejado e iluminado. Amei a estadia!"

"Great location, great communication. Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station. Expect it to be… rustic. Bring shower shoes for the shared bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. It’s a tiny space, but has everything you need if you’re not going to be in the room much. Overall, good experience. Just don’t go into it expecting the space to be perfect."

"Beacon Hill is a good central location and about 30 minutes walk to the Convention Center. There’s a Whole Foods nearby for groceries. My room was small but fine for one person. Check in and out was easy. My only complaint was that there was no way to adjust the fan speed on the climate control and it was noidy but this was not a dealbreaker. "

"Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. "The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable…use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay. "

"This was in the heart of Back Bay. It was a cool experience to stay right on Newbury street. I had heard people complaining about noise but with some ear plugs it wasn’t a problem at all (they even supply a little white noise machine) but you are in the heart of the city you can’t be complaining about noise!
