"This property lived up to its VRBO listing and reviews. It is clean,spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked with everything from coffee to toothpaste. We had no problems at all. "Property is nice, for all the house rules and remarks about leaving everything clean and items in their “home” property was not that clean. Oven was a disaster that required cleaning to use. Otherwise nice if you do not mind taxidermy and possible daycare with 3 dogs next door."

"We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. All of the beds were very comfortable and the host even included little extras in the kitchen and bathroom- in case you needed them. The host quickly responded to questions. We would love to stay again. Just a reminder to park in the garage or driveway, there is a no parking sign in the cul-de-sac. "

"This house is spacious, immaculate and seemingly brand new. It was the perfect space for our seven older adults but would be great for families with children as well. Everything you need is in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable with soft, luxurious linens. Plenty of very nice pillows. Towels are thick and fluffy. Close proximity to Polk City, Ankeny, and Des Moines, in a quiet family neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!"
