"The location is perfect for Springfield. So many places in walking distance. Word of caution..if you have any disability this apartment is difficult to access. There are 37 steps with no elevator access. This limited our up and down. Unfortunately, as well the stove was inoperable as well. We are flexible travelers, so we were able to work around, The actual apartment is really nice. "

"Loved this place! Very convenient location within walking distance of the train station and several restaurants and cafes. Spacious and clean, fully stocked up with anything your average traveler might need. Only a couple hiccups. Tv sound isn’t great. The batteries in the fan remote for the main bedroom were dead. And be careful of the smaller shower. It leaks pretty badly bc the door doesn’t seal all the way. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. I much prefer it over a hotel. "

"The Audrey was a great choice for our sisters' weekend in Springfield! Our first floor apartment was spacious and had all the conveniences of home. Bedding super comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Great communication and responsiveness with host. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"We came to visit our daughter who is attending ISU. The property is clean. Beds were comfortable. It is in the historic district and close to most the main places to go in the area. Everything was as was stated in the description."

"The Attic was comfortable and clean. I have a weird old house and this was very similar. Overall I liked it a lot. There were some cobwebs and the paint job was subpar but it was safe and comfortable."

"We stayed here for a long weekend. Property was very relaxing, all that it was described and more. Great location in town. Many things to do within walking distance....great cafe, coffee, italian food. "

"This little apartment really met all of our needs. It was very comfortable and the property manager was completely accommodating and very responsive to any questions. Very affordable and super nice."

"I chose this property as a quick overnight for my husband’s birthday, and it did not disappoint! Very nice studio type room, quiet, clean, hot tub downstairs was an added bonus! Breakfast downstairs at the Java Cafe was excellent. We will definitely keep this on our list!!"

"Don’t let the appearance of the outside of this place affect your choice. This is a very nice place. Huge, well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with king beds. Very comfortable place. I will stay here again."

"It was a nice apartment close to down town . Seating in the living room wasn't the greatest . I sat at the kitchen table in the evenings . I did remember seeing it was a second floor apartment with stairs . But overall very nice a suited our needs ."

"What a wonderful spacious loft! It had everything we needed. It was immaculate with the best views! The first night we were there the air conditioner wasn’t working but the owner immediately responded and it was fixed the next morning. Amazing trip and would not hesitate to stay again! Highly recommended!"

"I didn't expect the apartment was located by a railroad track and a dog compound. the folding chair when I sat down was already broken and I fell on the floor, I didn't expect that renovation was going on at other apartments in the complex. I would say the apartment served my needs, but I would not book it next time"

"The stay was wonderful, with a quiet atmosphere despite the presence of other guests. We stayed on the second floor of the house with three apartments. The host was welcoming and helpful. Light sleepers might find train horns and ambulance noises disruptive, and the stairs could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, we had a restful and enjoyable time at the Audrey."

"The room was small, but felt like a nice hotel room. You are right downtown, with great parking. It was nice being able to walk my dog and enjoy being so close. There was an issue with the AC dripping on the bathroom floor. They responded quickly to my concern. I think everything was great, I just wish there was a better area to walk my dog and play."

"Clean place. Looks as good as the pictures. Rooms are big. Great place to stay. "

"Had a technical difficulty with the WiFi. Owner responded quickly and fixed the situation. The a-frame is a sweet little place. Surrounded by woods, I saw wild turkeys, deer, squirrels, crows, and even hawks. If you enjoy nature, you’ll love it here. Info provided I. Beds were comfortable, location was perfect for touring main Lincoln attractions in Springfield, and the home from home feel was much appreciated.
