"The lodge is gorgeous but the rooms need updating/attention. Stayed here a couple of nights and only one employee was friendly. The chairs on the patio were dirty with spider webs/bugs, a yellow jackets nest was in the wall too. The shower head squealed the whole time, creamer was solid & ruined in room. Housekeeping didn’t come 2nd day so we only had 2 washcloths during our whole stay. It is so peaceful & beautiful here so we overlooked the inconveniences. The view of the rivers/mtns are...

"Room was small which is normal with this style of hotel. They made the best use of space that they could have. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and inviting. I was very impressed with the beverage offerings in the room. There was enough for 4 decaf coffees, 4 regular coffees plus hot chocolate and tea. Candy was on the pillow. I would gladly stay there again!"

"Very much worth the price! Well maintained for how old it seemed. Can tell they put in new tub, (which was very deep and made me very happy!) new toilet and light fixture. Only wish there was a side table lamp. The top light was insanely bright 🌞. I would definitely stay here again. Although my husband felt it was too rustic. "
