The unit is on the fifth floor of an old apartment building, but there is a four person elevator. AC works, kitchen well stocked. "

"Monolocale difficile da vivere per 4 adulti. Tetto molto a spiovente che reca difficolta nel muoversi e nel vivere. Comodo solo perche si trova vicino alla stazione e ai luoghi di interesse."

"This was our third time staying at this apartment, and as always, it was perfect! Luca is a communicative & helpful host. We had some flight changes and he was very responsive via WhatsApp. Location near to Porta Nuova train station is extremely convenient, yet also very quiet. Shower: plenty of hot water & good pressure. Beautiful private rooftop patio. Kitchenette was stocked with any dishes/glasses/basics you might need. Luca provided window blocks to make the room darker if desired....

"Wir haben eine Woche im Appartement von Bianca und Angelo verbracht. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht und der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Bis zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

Apartment is wonderful and location absolutely perfect! Apartment is well equipped, very modern and clean. Free parking anywhere on street upfront. Would not hesitate to book again if visiting region. "
