"The initial approach was great, and the owner was very helpfull with everything. However the first night when I got there the bathroom was full of tiny little bugs (like flying termites or flying ants). I took some photos and sent to the owner which said she would take care of it the next day. The next day we had someone go to the property and clean everything and another person see if the problem would continue, seemed like it was resolved. The following days I kept finding those bugs here and...

"Excellent property, comfy beds, comfy sofas, bathrooms are very good, power shower etc, loved our stay, and would def return, only slight negative, is kitchen cupboards, wouldn’t close, but not a complaint, Sarah let us stay till our taxi arrived to take us to the airport in the afternoon, x"

"Property is very characterful with great views. We very much liked the area being a little away from the main tourist zones but we like to walk. Hosts and staff all very lovely and helpful. We were two floors up via a metal exterior spiral staircase, we rather liked it and it is well mentioned in the advert but it would not be suitable for everyone. Mattress was rather hard and we did not get used to it after 2 weeks. Swimming pool is wonderful and if we are back in Funchal we would try and book...

"Está numa excelente localização para quem gosta do Funchal e é bastante barato. Tem um problema grande de estacionamento porque é a pagar e mesmo assim nem sempre conseguimos perto de casa. A casa era agradável e estava limpa mas os electrodomésticos não funcionavam mto bem. Ainda assim usámos pouco então nao tivemos problemas. Pudemos fazer check in e check out mais tarde, o que nos facilitou a vida."
