"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"We absolutely loved staying here. Thomas was so kind and welcoming and literally everything was thought of. The property was immaculate we just all loved it so much. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt kommt einem das Frühstück etwas eintönig vor, was wohl auch an der geringen Auslastung zu dieser Zeit lag. Nur die Kaffeemaschine braucht dringend eine Generalüberholung."
