The hotel design is beautiful, and the staff is amicable. Some details ended up not making the stay as enjoyable as it could have been. Some of the bottles (shampoo and bath shower) were half used, and the bathtub was not working (considering that I booked the hotel to relax a bit, that was a big miss for me).
