"We loved our stay! We fished in the pond and snorkeled all over the island. Kids enjoyed all of the little extras. The hosts were very helpful!"

"The property has a great view of Red Hook Bay. Easy to get to St. John via boat ferry. The inside of the property is beautiful but we lost power and water for few hours. The beds are hard, I personally like softer bed. "

"We spent a week at Pleasant Point Resort and found it to be a perfect spot. We visited locations all over the island and even when it was raining, it was so spectacular we simply paused and enjoyed the breathtaking setting we used as home base!"

"Want to thank the Host Kylee, she was very responsive to any question I had. When we arrived it was dark and raining. I was a little confused as to the locking system called left message and was responded back in less than 5 min. Inside is just as pictured very nice. Very quiet and away from all the crowded areas night was amazing sounds of waves and frogs was so peaceful. Chairs, beach towels were provided and an ice chest that was nice not to have to worry about buying or packing that....

"Samba Azul is a wonderful home for your stay on St. John. I have been to St. John many times, but I usually stay with family friends who live there and haven't needed to rent a home until now because we were there for a wedding. With that said, this home exceeded all expectations. The grand-open living room and kitchen is perfect for family time, and then you can retreat into your large bedroom on either side for a good nights sleep. Though, you likely won't want to spend much time inside while...

"We loved our stay at Ginger Thomas. We were two couples and the layout was great for hanging out by the pool or cooking meals in the kitchen then retreating to our own private sleeping areas. View of Cruz Bay was fabulous. Owners and property managers were great with communication and everything went smoothly. Look forward to staying there again when back in St John. "

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Celeste! The views are absolutely amazing! The size was perfect for the two of us for our honeymoon. Joy was so responsive and incredible! Coral bay is a nice peaceful retreat away from the noise of Cruz Bay! Don’t forget your jeep rental. It was a honeymoon we won’t ever forget! "

"Scott Villas is as advertised. Clean, safe, and convenient for a family. They have a generator so power outages weren’t an issue. Help is on hand nearby if anything comes up. The pool was clean, and there is a beach within walking distance. Dining is close ~1 mile away in Red Hook. Barge to St. John is also close by. "

It’s not easy to locate, and Celia, the property manager, met us in town on our first day so we could follow her back to the villa. "Beautiful place to stay"

"A) Poor communication; my messages repeated 3 times in 2 weeks, were never responded to. B) Front desk staff needs training; they don’t know how to smile. C) We were fortunate to be in a renovated unit; very clean. But you never know in advance what type of room you would get. D) Balcony overlooks the ocean; great view E) Food was average. F) They get an ‘F’ for not maintaining the main road approaching the development. "

Hotel falido e funcionários mal educados

"O Hotel está falido. Há décadas sem manutenção, tudo quebrado. O serviço, sem dúvida, foi o pior que já vi. Com falta de funcionários e os poucos que trabalham são extremamente rudes e mal educados. Não há qualquer tipo de auxílio aos hóspedes, as coisas básicas faltam… a limpeza é inexistente, o hotel parece um cenário de guerra. Chuveiro não funciona, vaso sanitário não funciona, é tanta sujeira e cabelo de outros hóspedes que chega ser assustador. Ficamos 2 dias no hotel e a experiência foi a pior que já tive, nunca tinha visto gente tão mal educadas, desde os hóspedes até os funcionários. Fujam pq é uma furada."
