"This was our best vacation yet! Everything was perfect from booking to check in and out. The home was even better than the photos! The home was clean, well maintained and everything about it was perfect. The owners were extremely kind leaving us flowers and a few other goods and any questions were answered quickly. "Loved our stay at this lovely home- so convenient and quiet! It had a fabulous dock for our 26 foot boat as well as our friends 21 foot boat. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Plenty of parking was available and it’s great that it is so close to Gal’s and Foxy’s Restaurant. "

"The house is immaculate, fully stocked, newly renovated, and blocks from downtown Alexandria Bay. It easily sleeps 11, we were 8 with all five bedrooms upstairs. It has two full baths - one up and one down. If you need a place to stay and this one is available, book immediately!! "

"Very awesome quite place nice little patio out back. My son found these puppets in the closet he absolutely loved. Bed in main room was comfortable. I was sick my first couple of days it seemed like it had endless hot water. Was good to lay in and get my fever down. Easy access to the base if you need to visit your loved one. My son says he loved the couch bed. He slept like a champ. "

"We had a great time staying at the house. The upstairs had three bedrooms, a beautiful living room, kitchen and dining room and a bath and a half. The downstairs a master with a bathroom another bedroom, plus there was a bedroom in front of h the living. The only thing that was a little weird to us was There was a bed in the kitchen with a divider, but it all worked. All of us had a bed, so there was actually two kitchens. There was 2 1/2 full bath. "We stayed in the Loon Cottage and absolutely loved it! This is a great location, only a short walk or quick ride to all the restaurants, The property has many extras including canoes, grills, pool and a beautiful area for outdoor camp fires and lounging. " The house was very spacious and comfortable; beds were great. Dining table as well as 4 stool bar in a large kitchen. & large living room, tv., etc. Yard area is large and beautifully maintained with a patio, large table/chairs and bbq. We also could park in the garage. Owner was very nice and very helpful if we needed anything. However, we really missed wi-fi as we use internet a lot wen traveling so went to local restaurants to get connected. Enjoyed seeing all the sites in the area...

"great location, just off the channel so you can watch the ships, convenient with Marina and gas across the channel from the house. Island is quiet, with the house location being private, barely noticed the neighbors. Hosts were very kind, didn’t have any issues but still checked in. Plenty of room, the downstairs worked out well for the kids to take over. Overall, a wonderful house and relaxing vacation. "
