Right on the river and close to an abundance of fun outdoor recreation, this vibrant retreat is truly a gem! Perfect for group gatherings, this space offers enough room for everyone to get comfortable, explore Red River together and make memories that will last a lifetime.

During your stay, slip on your skis and head to the nearby Red River Ski & Summer Area or Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area. A plethora of restaurants and shops are also within walking distance away, so head outside and explore the charming town of Red River at any time. Back at your retreat, enjoy access to a private fire pit and grill, the perfect concoction of activity to wrap up another day on vacation.

Inside, enjoy access to two separate living quarters that connect via adjoining doors located on the middle floor between the two living areas. The kitchens are both equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. These kitchens are calling to be used and enjoyed as you put together a delicious meal for the whole group to enjoy. Both living areas boast ample seating, colorful decorations, and a large TV. Cozy up around the fireplace and delve into a movie marathon with those you love the most.

Bedrooms on both sides of the duplex feature en suite access to multiple private balconies, so enjoy sweeping views of gorgeous New Mexico, any time of day. For your added convenience, appreciate access to a private washer/dryer.

Entertaining everyone is simple at this stay! Head outside and sit around the warmth of the firepit while the chef of the group prepares a delicious meal on the grill. Pack your bags, and get ready to ski, snowmobile, zip-line, hike, fish, and explore!

Perfect location in Red River

We loved the house. It was very well located and the perfect size for our group. We had trouble getting in the house the first time. I had to call the help line. The info we were given was incomplete. We also had an issue with one of the large tvs nine of the family room. I talked to the helpline multiple times. A remote was missing.

We had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchens were well stocked. It was nice being within walking distance to the mountain and town. We would definitely stay again.

nice home, but Vacasa 24/7 support useless

We had both units which connected in living area. Plenty of room, esp bedrooms & baths. Two kitchens were nice. Very clean. Needed support with unlocking doors when checking in & returning after dinner. Vacasa had sent email with code for lock box for keys, but not digital code for doors. We were locked out in freezing weather. Family member had to scale balcony to let us in thru unlocked balcony door. Vacasa 24/7 support kept me on hold & never answered. Housecleaner & GM were very helpful next day; all was fine once we got correct digital door codes. Vacasa 24/7 support was useless. Will not book with Vacasa again.

Very spacious and close the the lifts.

It was a perfect set up for family and friends. Really enjoyed fun together, but also having the feel of not sharing a house with others when we all separated for the night. It was just about 3 blocks from the ski lift. Very convenient.

Great for family and friends!

Enjoyed having both sides of the property and privacy for our friends group. Having 2 kitchens was great. Also, loved that each bedroom had its own bath. Location was great. Can walk to everything.

Family Friendly Ski Stay

The location of this home is perfect! You can walk to the main ski area or straight to the bottom of the Platinum lift. We rented both sides of this duplex which was perfect for our two families of 4. We were able to have privacy, but still could go back and forth for meals and hanging out. After long ski days, it was nice to go back, relax and cook meals. It was convenient to have the grill, crockpot and a fully equipped kitchen. We have rented several places in Red River over the years, and this was by far our favorite stay.

Great location, clean, comfy beds, easy access to slopes and walk to restaurants and shopping. Call the trolly if you don't want to walk. Perfect for 4 couples with both sides of the duplex and door in living room in between. Will likely stay here again!

Family Red River Retreat

Great location, 2 blocks off the main street, right next to a river, easy walking distance to the ski lift, we rented both townhomes that connected and it was great for all of us. The bedrooms are on the third floor. It has a nice outdoor fire pit and balcony's on the second and third floor. We really loved the place.

Annual fly fishing trip

Easy to book! Rented both mountain rider and River rider. Loved the adjoining door on middle level. This allowed people to intermingle or get away when needed. Great Fishing steps away from front door. 3rd level was challenging to get to for 82 year old and others with bad knees but the overall amenities, spacious lay out and two kitchens were perfect for overall needs. I would book again. We had 14 in our party.
