For the additional security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have installed an external security camera located on the front porch and backyard.
The booking guest will be required to complete a quick identity and background check. An additional fee of $15 is required for the verification process.
You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and complete a quick criminal background check. This process should take no more than five minutes and will help us ensure our guests and property remain safe.
In addition, all guests will need to sign a rental-usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.
