"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 retired childhood friends. Jennifer’s place was clean and orderly. We had amazing weather, we sat on the beach, walked on the boardwalk, played games, laughed a ton and completely relaxed! Jennifer even left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy! The beach was walkable and there were beach chairs for us to use. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a little apartment that was clean and tidy. It has only one cushion chair. The location is truly walkable to beach and main street. Great shower. We only had one request and it was answered right away. I gave this a 5 star rating because of the criteria. If you are expecting something upscale this is not your place. It is average. It is not as roomy as the pictures make it look. "

"I am giving the listing accuracy a four star as the listing was a bit misleading, but the location and value are incredible, so overall its still a 5 star! Note that the coffee area is a common area, as well as the seating areas on the decks, this is a house built into a hotel, multiple suites on each floor. It can be a little creaky and noisy, but the AC was just the right amount of gray noise to ensure a good sleep. They key features are location and value. This house is central to everything...

"This charming bungalow provided everything we needed for our stay! I loved the front porch, the spacious living room (even a great desk area to check into work emails) and well stocked kitchen! There's lots of character on the inside and room to relax on the outside! The private back yard was great! My one complaint... we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard! Hopefully we will be back again!"

"I had a meeting in the area for work and decided to make it a small getaway for my family. It was the best trip we've had on a while. Plenty of awesome restaurants in walking distance, as well as a playground and beachfront for the kids to play. The property itself was comfortable and beautiful. The owner was kind and helpful. The ensuite laundry is a bonus, too. Literally not a bad word to say. We'll be back!"

"Our group enjoyed this renovated, spacious house by the ocean. The open first floor layout with modern kitchen and large center island was great for meals and socializing. There were plenty of bedrooms spread out over the second and third floors. The beach and boardwalk were a short two blocks away and small town center with stores and restaurants one block. Easy walk to Asbury, Bradley and Avon. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. "

"We booked 2 nights because the pet fee was waived in the offseason. Since other ammenities, like the pool, weren't available, we thought this was an wonderful alternative. Excellent location, area felt safe and it was easy to walk to shops/restaurants. Beach and boardwalk were convenient and clean. Loved that the rooms did not have carpet. Carpet is gross in heavily used spaces. "

"Our stay at the Asbury could not have been any better. Right from the moment we were greeted at the reception counter till we left we were treated like royalty. Hotel staff went above and beyond. We were traveling with our 15 year old puppy that I now believe he thinks the hotel is his!!! Can't wait until our next trip to the Asbury Hotel. This will be my go to hotel from now on when heading to the Jersey Shore....."
