"It was a large space, basically a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, island with bar stools, dining area, living area with a huge TV, and a small bedroom that just fit a king sized bed, small bedside tables, and a closet. "Very nice property to stay at in Old Orchard Beach! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed backyard, which was nice for my dog. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient as well. Only thing that I would have liked was to have access to regular cable on the tv, since I couldn’t watch NESN with Roku. But still would give this place 5 stars! We had a lovely time. 😊"

"It was a privilege to have the opportunity to experience this truly amazing property. First of all, the tiny house was immaculate, and every available space was utilized perfectly. "We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. "We came to Maine from Ohio for our first time. We had a great stay. This condo is about 3 miles from Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. It’s very close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and everything was new. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but the owners were there in 10 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay here again! "
