He was very rude because I reserved the motorcycle to 2pm instead of 9am (the standard time) and wanted to charge me extra, so I gave up renting the bike. "Our stay in the Jantra was absolutely amazing. We had the luck to be upgraded to a much bigger room which even came with its own Christmas tree! The hotel is located within the Pukhet Country Club which makes it very quiet but also a bit remote. You will definitely need a transport to get anywhere, which can be arranged by the hotel or you just call a cab with Bolt/Grab. The owners are very forthcoming. Communication is done via messenger to reduce contact during Covid but they reply even at odd...

"Lovely hotel. We got treated so well here. Had our own butler who really looked after us. We were away for our honeymoon so booked the Duplex Pool Suite. Was such a treat as had our own pool and special area by ourselves to have breakfast away from the main restuarant. Loved every bit of it! Found some lovely places to eat nearby also but hotel food was great just a bit more pricy!"

"The hotel is not big. It's a few small buildings around a beautiful pool. And it is a beautiful pool that looks amazing at sunset. Almost surreal. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They will help you rent a motorbike to get around as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. "
