"The holiday home is beautifully situated, in the middle of a residential area but still secluded and surrounded by greenery. The flat is lovingly furnished, with everything you need and the rooms also look fresh and new. The description and the pictures correspond exactly to the conditions on site. The hosts were available most of the time and our requests, e.g. for fresh towels, were fulfilled immediately. In short, we felt very comfortable and were sad to have to leave after 2 weeks."

"The most idyllic cottage stay, exactly what I was looking for. Ideal location for quiet walks with my dogs in every direction from the cottage, didn't need to take the car out once! Liz was absolutely amazing, gave me some suggestions for local walks and communicated the check in process and cottage location. We will definitely be back. "

"Really enjoyed our time in the property. Very cosy once we had the heating going. Everything you need in the kitchen for a short break and Fiona was incredibly kind leaving eggs, bread and milk for us as well. Super relaxing for us and our dog. "

"What can we say ? An absolute find of a place ! Amazing weekend away with friends and this beautiful house absolutely made it. "This property worked well for our group of 4 adults to explore St. Andrews and surrounding area. It was easy to access, street parking was a breeze, and the layout worked well for our group. The main floor bedrooms were comfortable. The one suggestion I would have is to provide an extra roll of toilet paper - we were a group of 4 for 2 nights and just finished the roll that was provided when we checked out."

"We booked to stay to meet family for my daughters birthday, outside of the hotel is in great condition and looks a lovely old building, inside is a bit tired but did not take away from how great the staff and service were, we had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the entertainment in the lounge, can’t praise the place enough and was lovely to meet lots of four legged guests too as the hotel is dog friendly, will definitely stay again "
