Amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom zero-entry house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor with full accessibility. We've attempted to make this house as friendly to seniors and those with challenges with steps. The path from the driveway to the front door is a gentle sloping ramp with a handrail until you reach the front door. Once inside, you'll find everything you need at ground level - kichen, dining area, living area, rear deck, 2 full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with ADA-compliant assist handles for both the toilet and to enter/exit the shower/tub.
Each of the beds are outfitted with comfortable bedding, pillows and extra blankets to accommodate most sleeping styles. We also have extra bedding and pillows. In the downstairs, we have lots of sleeping capacity for large families/groups with a massive queen-over-queen bunk bed in one bedroom and two twin over twin bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle in the other room.
The upper and lower living rooms have plenty of comfortable seating capacity so that large groups/families can spread out and enjoy the two 65" Smart VIZIO HDTV's that are supported by the highest speed WIFI available in the area. We've also got a full size foosball table and several board and card games and a large table to play with them.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the popular utensils and cookware to include a crockpot, duo Keurig coffee maker with traditional coffee pot. Large initial stock of K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers to get you started before you hit the local grocery store. In the warmer months, there is a large propane grill on the backyard deck where you can grill and enjoy the amazing South Dakota sunsets over the Black Hills and the kids can enjoy the large back yard. As development continues in the subdivision, there will be additional houses built to the rear of the house, but it will also bring a walking trail that will be accessible from the gate in the back yard.
