What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥Its a brand new home in a new development. There are other new homes in the area so some daytime construction noise and construction traffic is possible.
➥Because the home is new, it does not yet show up on GPS or online maps. We provide detailed instructions on how to get to the home so you shouldn't have any issues finding it.
Our home sleeps eights guests with one king bed, two queen beds, and two single beds.
➥All beds have extra pillows and blankets
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.

Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
-The house has a three car garage. The owner parks a truck in one of the spots farthest from the entrance. The other two garage parking spots are available for your use.
-Sprinkler system: The house has a sprinkler system that runs on a preset schedule. It runs on even numbered days and has two cycles. The morning cycle begins at 6:00 am and the evening cycle begins at 11:45 pm. Each cycle runs for approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. Each zone runs for about 20 minutes so the sprinklers near the hot tub and outdoor seating area will run from approximately 12:45 am until 1:05 am.
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
