"Nice lake view. Very clean. Great communication."

"The house was great! Great location close to campus. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner and let us check in a little early. Loved that we were able to bring our furry friends along. The only complaint I could make was the mosquitos in the yard were terrible so if you want to enjoy the beautiful yard or have animals coming along, pack bug spray. Thanks for the stay! "

"We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean and an added bonus—boxes of tissues in almost every room! The deck was perfect for morning coffee chats and we had a great time playing games at the larger table. "

"Absolutely perfect getaway spot! Great host! "

"Very cute little house, definitely dog friendly as some of the sheets/blankets had hair on them. Master bed is comfy! "

"The place was beautiful and very clean. Great pictures of Colbert Hills around the house were a nice touch. Also cordless phone chargers throughout the house were very helpful . Hope to stay here again in the future. Also the patio area is very peaceful and great views. "

"The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5."

"The home is very nice and well appointed! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet! The layout of the home was very open with a wonderful kitchen that opens to the family room! Made the space very cozy! The backyard was very nice because it had a large patio and was fenced in. We will definitely return on future visits to MHK"

"Nice little cozy place to stay"

"Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"

We stayed in the upper portion and it was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, nice kitchen & beautiful huge backyard with lots of shade trees.
